Terms of Use
By using My Daily Prayer Journal: Bible ("the app") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
1. Subscriptions
- Some features need a subscription, bought through your Apple ID.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Manna, the app's reward, is earned by praying and reading. It cannot be bought, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
2. Prayer Circle
When you share in Prayer Circle, be kind. Do not post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, illegal, or anyone else's private information. You can report or block anyone. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you write, and you let us store and show it to the friends you share it with.
3. Content
Scripture is from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain. Cross-references are from OpenBible.info (CC BY). Everything else in the app (text, art, characters and design) belongs to us and is for your personal use.
4. Not professional advice
The app is for prayer and reflection. It is not medical, mental health or crisis support. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
6. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using the app at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to delete your data.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
